Refund Policy

How refunds work

DonateTh.is is a technology platform that connects donors with campaigns and organizations. Donations are processed through Stripe and sent directly to the recipient's connected account. DonateTh.is does not hold or control funds at any point.

Requesting a refund

If you believe a donation was made in error, was unauthorized, or you have concerns about a campaign, please contact the campaign or organization directly. Campaign operators have the ability to issue refunds through their Stripe dashboard.

Disputes and chargebacks

If you are unable to resolve a refund with the campaign operator, you may contact your bank or credit card provider to initiate a dispute. Stripe handles all payment disputes according to card network rules.

Platform fees

The 3.95% processing fee is non-refundable, as it covers payment processing costs incurred at the time of the transaction.
