Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose
This policy defines acceptable and prohibited uses of the DonateTh.is platform. All users — campaign operators, organizations, and donors — must comply with this policy.
Permitted uses
DonateTh.is may be used for lawful fundraising, including political campaigns, nonprofit fundraising, community causes, charitable giving, and organizational support. Users must accurately represent their campaign or organization and use collected funds for the stated purpose.
Prohibited uses
The following are strictly prohibited: fraud, misrepresentation, or deceptive fundraising practices; money laundering or terrorist financing; campaigns that promote violence, hatred, or illegal activity; impersonation of individuals, organizations, or government entities; collecting funds under false pretenses or for personal enrichment disguised as charitable giving; circumventing contribution limits or compliance requirements; using the platform to facilitate any activity that violates federal, state, or local law.
Enforcement
DonateTh.is reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, suspend or terminate accounts, withhold payouts pending investigation, and report illegal activity to law enforcement. We may take action with or without prior notice when we reasonably believe a violation has occurred.
